I must say NO they are not I have a 05 rumble bee it is
falling apart
new brakes (2 times)
new door handle
new ball joints
new front wheel hubs
all this before 40,000 kms.
right now i am at 70534 kms.

I don't know what model of Dodge you have but my 2005 Magnum RT has 96,000+ mile on it and there are no rattles. And I live out in the middle of the Mojave Desert! Balderdash!!!!

brakes... depends on the driver and conditions

door handle... yea, most are made of PLASTIC and they sometimes break apart

Ball Joints and hubs, that was premature wear & should have been covered under warranty?
