No there are plenty of laws on the books. God gave man 10 Commandments and man in his infinite wisdom keeps trying to redefine them to every little thing. When you want more laws you are really saying you want more Gov involvement. I don't!

Hi Willy: When they post those boring fuel production and inventory reports on here pay attention to distillate exports. Distillates include Kerosene heating oil and yes Diesel fuel. We are exporting over 42 million gallons of diesel per day. They really don't have to compete. If you don't wanna pay $4 a gallon for it the Japs or Chinese will. How's that grab you?
